By accessing or using PainPointy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
PainPointy is a Reddit-powered market research platform that monitors subreddits, collects publicly available threads, and uses AI to generate structured reports containing pain points, brand mentions, reply opportunities, content ideas, and product ideas, and trending topics relevant to your business.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
When using PainPointy, you agree not to:
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by PainPointy. You retain ownership of the data you input (domains, keywords, project configurations). The AI-generated reports and analyses are provided for your use under your subscription but may not be resold as a competing service. Reddit content referenced in reports remains the property of its original authors.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
PainPointy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Reddit data or AI-generated analysis. In no event shall PainPointy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
