  • To provide and operate the PainPointy service, including collecting Reddit data, generating AI-powered analysis, and delivering reports.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PainPointy:

  • Convex — serverless database and backend functions.
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
  • PostHog — product analytics to understand usage patterns.
  • OneDollarStats — lightweight website traffic analytics.
  • Affonso — affiliate attribution for referral links and purchases.
  • Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and workspace configuration for as long as your account is active. Reddit data collected through your scans is retained for the duration of your subscription. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

  • Delete your account and all associated personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
